Rhythm & Lead Guitar
Avery Ryan Jorgensen is currently living his rock dream as a member of the up-and-coming band, Five Strand Fusion. Since an early age, he’s been exposed to a variety of “once-in-a-lifetime” musical experiences such as performing live in from of large crowds and learning from musical prodigies and local musicians. Many of these experiences stem from the close relationship he has with his grandfather/local musician, Dave Palmer. From the time he was born, music was a part of Avery’s life. In fact, when he was learning to crawl, he did right to the face of an acoustic guitar.
Avery’s inspirations include Jacob Kershaw, Ben Harper, and Red-Hot Chili Peppers. He says, "It’s fun to play with other kids because you get to collaborate with other instruments, different styles, and skills to create one big sound.”
When Avery is not playing music, he is hanging out with his family and friends, skateboarding downtown, and spending time at the beach. He currently resides in Grand Haven with his Mom and Dad, Alicia and Earl, brother, Lennon; sister, Lucy; and dog, Mugsy.
